The Role: Impact & Responsibility As a Graduate SEN TA, you won't just be "helping out"-you will be applying your academic knowledge to real-world behavioural and developmental scenarios. 1:1 Support: Work closely with specific pupils to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Behavioural Support: Use positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques (Team Teach training provided). Progress Tracking: Monitor emotional regulation and social development, providing feedback to the SENCO.
