Site Manager (planned maintenance)

South Devon

Permanent Role, 8am-5pm, £45,000

The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Site Managers based in South Devon.

Day to Day duties of the Site Manager:

  • Deliver the planned works project on a social housing site

  • General oversight of trades operatives, ensuring health & safety is followed on site.

  • Carry out toolbox talks

  • Ensure targets are met to a high standard and within time/budgets

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • SMSTS

  • First Aid

  • Experience of managing trades onsite

  • Social housing experience
