SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a committed Teaching Assistant for a warm and friendly primary school in Teddington. The school is seeking someone who can offer reliable weekly support, while still allowing flexibility in which days you work. This is ideal for a TA wanting stability and routine without needing to commit to a full-time timetable.
The school has a nurturing, inclusive ethos and supports children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Experience assisting pupils with phonics, English and Maths, and additional needs-such as autism, or speech and language difficulties-is highly valued.
The Role - Teaching Assistant in Teddington
Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups to help raise progress and confidence
Assist the class teacher with daily routines, classroom tasks and behaviour support
Provide targeted SEN assistance using strategies shared by the school's SENDCo
Help create a positive, calm and structured learning environment
Take part in interventions, resource preparation and safeguarding routines

Experience working with children in schools or SEN environments
Understanding of ASD, ADHD, SEMH or other additional needs
Reliable, patient, adaptable and confident with behaviour support
