We are looking for a skilled and passionate Deputy Head Chef to support the Head Chef in running a dynamic kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes, and inspiring a hardworking team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and delivery of innovative, seasonal dishes.
• Lead, motivate, and train kitchen staff.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Support stock management, ordering, and cost control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a leadership role.
• Strong culinary skills and creativity.
• Excellent team management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
