We're actively recruiting for an experienced Security Officer/Guard to join our clients team based in Barton Under Needwood on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out gatehouse duties, monitoring access to the site

Sign in visitors and deliveries, ensuring they are expected and authorised
-
Liaise with colleagues and site staff to maintain smooth operations

Conduct site patrols as required to ensure safety and security standards are upheld
-
Respond promptly to incidents, escalating where necessary
-
Maintain accurate records and logs in line with site procedures
Candidate requirements:

Strong communication skills and professional manner

Reliable, punctual and able to work the 4 on / 4 off shift pattern

Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to incidents

Team player with a proactive approach to maintaining site safety
-
Previous security or gatehouse experience essential

Valid SIA licence
Working hours:
- 4 on 4 off 6am - 6pm
An immediate start is available for the successful Security Officer.
