Handling incoming call and email requests from customers. Conducting research to better improve the CRM database and build richer profiles to understand client's needs. Ensuring the database is accurate and up-to-date at all times - including logging calls, emails and information after sales meetings. Reaching out to previous members and lost sales opportunities to learn more about the accounts and rebuild relationships. Understanding customer trip needs and articulating options that best suit their requirements. Maintain continued customer contact post-sale to ensure efficient and effective account management. Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Fluency in German is essential, both written and verbal Previous Sales experience in inbound or outbound selling Strong understanding of CRM (Salesforce & Salesloft) and sales pipeline management Comfortable with presenting and selling to HNWI's and C-suite executives. Organized and self-motivated Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proactive approach to problem solving.
