What you ll be doing: Leading the development of our client s LGR Change Strategy and shaping the people focused elements of the programme. Coordinating cross organisational workstreams, ensuring risks, dependencies and impacts are understood and managed. Advising senior leaders on workforce, cultural and organisational change considerations, including consultation, wellbeing and transition planning.
