What is the job?
Our Cinema Managers are at the heart of our cinemas' day to day operation, helping to bring great movie moments to life for every customer, every visit. Working closely with the General Manager and Deputy General Manager, you'll lead teams on shift, maintain high operational standards and support the smooth running of the cinema throughout the trading day. As a Cinema Manager at Stevenage, you will have the opportunity to join one of our flagship sites and work with a large variety of cinema formats including IMAX, 4DX and ScreenX.
This is a hands on, people focused role where your presence on the floor really matters. You'll guide and motivate your teams, create a positive and inclusive environment, and play a key part in delivering an experience that keeps our customers coming back.
