Reliability Engineer - Cheshire

Do you have experience working within a production environment? Are you looking for a long-term role with clear paths for progression? Then this pharma company looking to add a Reliability Engineer to the team is looking for you!

Your duties as a Reliability Engineer include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Utilize lean manufacturing principles to identify production bottlenecks.
  • Identify production trends, reliability metrics and practical insights based on performance data.
  • Manage reliability improvement projects from inception to completion.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated maintenance and downtime reduction experience.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of GMP, lean manufacturing and project management.
