Account Manager Retail POS / Print

Location: West Yorkshire (Hybrid)
Salary: Circa £40,000 DOE 25 days holiday

Our client is one of the top leading visual communications specialist, delivering large-scale retail POS, print, and multi-channel marketing campaigns for some of the UK s biggest retail brands. Their services span creative design, print production, campaign management, and technology-led solutions.

Following a major new contract win, the business is expanding and now seeks an Account Manager to join its established Client Services / Account Management team in West Yorkshire.

This is a hands-on Account Management and Project Management role, responsible for delivering printed POS and retail marketing campaigns from initial brief through to final installation and delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Acting as the main client contact and trusted Account Manager for a key retail account
  • Managing retail POS projects from brief, artwork, and print through to final delivery
  • Coordinating internal teams including creative, print production, operations, and technology
  • Managing timelines, budgets, artwork approvals, and campaign schedules
  • Ensuring high-quality delivery of in-store marketing, point-of-sale, and visual communications
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and client satisfaction
  • Supporting the ongoing development of a newly won retail contract

About You

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, or Client Services Manager
  • Background in Retail Marketing, Print, POS, Visual Merchandising, or Large Format Print (highly desirable)
  • Strong project management, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident managing multiple campaigns at once
