This Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in East Birmingham is seeking a dedicated and passionate Business Studies Teacher to teach small groups of students who have faced barriers to mainstream education.

The school has a strong pastoral team, providing excellent behaviour support, and ensuring that students feel safe and valued. Lessons are designed to be engaging and practical, helping students see the real-world applications of Business Studies and develop essential skills for their future.

Job Role:

• Teaching Business Studies to small groups of Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Planning and delivering engaging, practical, and career-focused lessons.
• Using real-life business examples to make lessons relevant and inspiring.
• Working closely with pastoral and support staff to manage behaviour and ensure student progress.
• Encouraging students to develop entrepreneurial and financial literacy skills.
• Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated to learn.
