Key Responsibilities

• Carry out both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial properties.

• Work on a variety of systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, and emergency lighting.

• Diagnose electrical faults efficiently and carry out effective repairs.

• Ensure all work is completed in full compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Accurately record all tasks and updates using a computerised maintenance management system.

• Liaise professionally with clients to ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.

Requirements

• 17th or 18th Edition qualification.

• Recognised apprenticeship with SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Previous experience working on commercial sites, ideally within Facilities Management or Building Services.
