Job Description
We re looking for someone with compassion and insight to lead our animal welfare strategy. Using our rescue and rehoming centre and our outreach work to deliver the greatest impact for cats and dogs in need and aligning our work within the framework provided through our partnership with the RSPCA.
Our aim is to provide care for high welfare cats and dogs at our centre, prevent neglect through intervention in our communities, support struggling pet owners and to help all pet owners be kind and compassionate to their pets.
You will have the animal welfare experience necessary to set and meet targets with confidence, inspiring your team to deliver the greatest impact for cats and dogs at risk.
As a senior leader, your strategic mindset, focus, and enthusiasm will foster a strong and collaborative culture throughout the charity.
