Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Manchester
Contract: Full-time, part-time and temporary

Perhaps you are determined to obtain formal teaching qualifications but would like fantastic first-hand experience in thriving schools first?
Premier Education are currently looking for excellent Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in our loyal client schools across Manchester in the Spring term. This may be a good option if you have experience working with multiple age groups or are considering teacher training in September.
Responsibilities
Your duties and responsibilities will include supporting different classes under the supervision of the class teacher (may vary slightly depending on primary or secondary schools)
Shadow the teacher and work closely with them
Working with different groups of students to improve attainment and progress academically
Creating excellent resources carrying out admin tasks for the classes
Opportunity to learn how to plan lessons effectively and efficiently
Requirements
Recent graduate from a top UK university (academic subjects preferred)
Strong academic background (A Levels and GCSEs)
Positive and friendly manner
Genuine passion for working with children
Previous experience tutoring/coaching is desirable
Pay:
£88.92 - £110.00 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
