Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking waste collection assistant,in this role you will support the safe and efficient collection of residential and commercial waste, helping keep our community clean and well-maintained.
Key responsibilities
Assist with the collection of households, commercial and recycling waste along assinged routes.
Load bins, bags and bulk waste onto collection vehichles safely and efficiently
Work closely with the driver and crew to ensure timely completion of daily routes
Follow all health, safety and environmental guidelines
Provide friendly and respectful service to members of the public
Report any issues, hazards, or vehichle concerns to the supervisor
Requirements
Good level of physical fitness; ability to lift and load items
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Reliable and safety conscious
Strong teamwork and communication skills
