• Identify and assess the individual learning needs of students, creating tailored intervention plans to address their specific challenges
• Deliver engaging and effective one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions, focusing on improving students' academic performance and developing essential skills

• Relevant teaching or tutoring qualification, such as a PGCE, QTS, or equivalent
