Assist with provision of technical information and insight to support development and implementation of the MFTs decarbonisation strategy, agreed KPIs, and other management team requests. Telemetry Outstation Developer Role Description The Telemetry Outstation Developer is a permanent role within the ICT Function. The role entails the configuration, commissioning and updating of telemetry outstations and hardware at both staffed and remote sites and maintenance of the central regional Telemetry system. Telemetry and SCADA are fundamental to NIW's operational capabilities. These systems provide NIW with remote monitoring and control at over 3,000 of the organisations Water and Sewerage installations. This is essential to NIW to ensure the optimum operation of plant, and to demonstrate that quality control monitoring meets the directives laid down by NIEA and DWI. Telemetry coverage is being extended and may rise to 5000+ locations.
