We are currently seeking an
Assistant Manager to support and help lead a wonderful, busy, foodie-focused venue, ensuring outstanding service and smooth day-to-day operations.
Duties - Supervise daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team to achieve performance targets.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring staff are fully trained
- Manage administrative tasks including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Communicate with stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
- Work closely with the hands on owner
Experience - Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role beneficial
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in administrative functions with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage effectively while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
