Farm Manager - The Job Role Details You will play a key role in planning and managing the farm's cropping programmes, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to technical development across root crop and vegetable production. You will help motivate and develop the farm team, support operational excellence, maintain compliance, and contribute to the commercial success of the business. A Horticultural Technician / Interior Plant Maintenance Technician is required to maintain and manage specialist plant displays throughout London for commercial spaces and offices. This is a permanent and full-time role with a lot of travel via underground. The role requires someone who has a passion for horticulture, interior landscaping or plant care.
