Duties include: Install, commission, service and maintain fire detection and alarm systems in accordance with current British Standards and industry regulations Install, maintain and fault find security systems , including intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and door entry systems Diagnose and repair system faults efficiently to minimise downtime and ensure client safety Carry out routine inspections, testing and preventative maintenance on fire and security systems Ensure all works comply with BS 5839, BS 5266, BS EN standards and company procedures Complete accurate service reports, certification and documentation using electronic job management systems Liaise professionally with clients, site managers and colleagues to provide excellent customer service Provide technical advice and system recommendations to clients where required Respond to emergency call-outs and attend sites within agreed service level agreements Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicles in a safe and professional condition Adhere to all health & safety policies , risk assessments and method statements Support project installations and upgrades when required.
