We're now recruiting for a Test and Release Lead, a critical role within our growing digital product and experience function. This role will lead quality assurance, testing, and release management across our digital estate, including websites, digital products, IT services, release packages, and automation solutions.
Working closely with product, experience, engineering, service transition, and operational teams, you'll help embed a strong culture of quality, ensuring that digital solutions and new releases are accessible, secure, reliable, and fit for purpose from discovery through to live service and ongoing improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about modern testing practices, continuous improvement, and building scalable quality capability in a purpose-driven organisation.
The role offers flexibility with remote working, alongside occasional travel to London or Manchester for in-person collaboration and key meetings.

Desirable experience includes test automation frameworks, low-code/no-code platform testing, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and experience in health, care or third-sector digital services. Testing or QA certifications are welcomed but not essential - we value practical experience, sound judgement, and a strong quality mindset above all.
