The Senior Retrofit Manager will be playing a crucial role in ensuring retrofit projects are delivered economically, efficiently and sustainably. Senior Retrofit Manager duties: Oversee and conduct a thorough assessment of a property portfolio to pinpoint opportunities for lowering energy consumption and enhancing energy efficiency. Ensuring full compliance with PAS 2035, retrofit legislation, and grant funding requirements Ensure projects meet energy efficiency and sustainability targets, including Band C by 2030 Manage budgets, forecasts, and project timelines, reporting regularly to senior management. Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team to achieve key performance targets What is required for the role: Proven experience in managing significant retrofit or construction projects, ideally within a housing association or local authority. Good construction knowledge including Health and Safety legislation, fire safety, CDM regulations and relevant codes of practice. Demonstrable experience of sector leading asset management software. Knowledge of grant funding processes, including accessing and managing funding streams (e.g., ECO, SHDF).
