My client based in Walsall is recruiting for a customer service advisor to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

Duties of a customer service advisor include

• Data entry
  
  
• Customer service calls to existing customers and occasional cold calling
  
  
• Following up quotations
  
  
• Assisting the transport office with administration duties
  
  
• Updating customers on transport and the progress
