About the role We are looking for an experienced and hands on Mid Level Customer Success Manager/Account Manager to join our fast growing scale up. What you'll be doing Act as a consultant to some of our highest tier customers; building CSPs, monitoring value realisation and preparing & presenting success metrics to C Suite. Develop a deep understanding of a customer's business priorities, objectives, challenges, architecture, and roadmap. Consistently monitoring customer health & engagement. Proactively identifying churn risk and engaging internal stakeholders. Build relationships with multiple contacts within each customer, including executive sponsors, economic buyers & decision makers, and influence leaders to drive change across the organization. Proactively triage technical and non technical queries and identify solutions with efficiency. Administer renewals and reduce churn while promoting the upsell of new Xelix products and expanding contract values. Act as the voice of the customer internally and work closely with the Product team to help them prioritise the roadmap. Communicate product deliverables and timelines to customers. Work collaboratively with the commercial and technical teams to find the best product solutions. Work with the other CSMs, founders and commercial teams on strategic topics e.g., market trends & competitor analysis. What you'll bring You have relevant experience in Customer Success and/or Sales and/or Project Management in a fast paced tech company. You have ample experience in managing complex enterprise customers. You have a proven track record of identifying at risk customers and driving complex resolution plans. You ideally have proven success in managing cross sells, upsells and renewals. You are a speedy learner with the ability to grasp new technologies, product features & processes quickly and use that knowledge to educate your customers. You are a good time manager & well practised at prioritisation, maximising both your own time and that for others. You have strong attention to detail, with experience managing multiple complex work streams at once. You are confident, high energy and personable with proven success of building relationships. What you'll do We are seeking an experienced construction and engineering/commercial solicitor to provide legal support with this development, covering all areas including construction, operation and management. You will provide tender support, review, negotiate and finalise a range of contractual documents. This includes professional appointments, trade contracts, building contracts, letters of reliance, letters of intent, framework agreements, pre construction services agreements and ancillary documents, such as collateral warranties, parent company agreements and novation agreements. You will work independently and directly with the leadership of the business (within the framework of the legal team). You will also support with the appointment of consultants and contractors, giving advice on dispute avoidance and dispute management and providing ongoing general legal and commercial support with discrete ad hoc legal matters. This will involve working closely with various teams, in respect of both the residential/commercial development and the arena project, as well as other group companies involved in delivering the project. This is a non contentious role, but you may be required to assist the business with claims and disputes, including appropriate communications with insurers. Work on the Brabazon development and YTL Arena would be your primary focus; however, you would be part of the wider legal team, reporting to the Head of Legal and providing support to directors, managers and employees across the wider YTL group, subject to business requirements and as capacity permits. The role will primarily be based at YTL's Filton offices (though a degree of flexible working is available). What you'll need You will be a qualified solicitor with a good level of post qualification experience, covering both construction and engineering contracts and general commercial work, in particular JCT, NEC3 and NEC4 and bespoke building contracts. You will be conversant with different procurement strategies and identifying risk profiles, and structuring projects to mitigate liabilities, risk, exposure, tax, ring fencing, etc. You will be confident reviewing and commenting on technical and commercial schedules and highlighting issues, risks, exposure, impacts, conflicts, etc. Ideally, you will also have some in house experience and experience working with large scale construction and infrastructure projects. As you will support a wide range of internal clients, including senior management, you will be expected to demonstrate confident, effective communication and influencing skills, while also being able to quickly develop positive working relationships with the business. We're looking for a Head of Facilities Management to join our Property team here at Wickes. Our Head of Facilities Management is a critical role, you'll be instrumental in shaping and delivering a best-in-class facilities management strategy across our multi-site portfolio. We have a clear 5 year plan for reinvestment in our existing estate and for growth through new stores. Develop a 5 year strategy of planned investment based on data led insights from the estate and effective asset life cycle management. Lead the transformation of the property database and the information we hold on file for our sites, creating a comprehensive dashboard view of trends, high-risk sites, and informing strategic decision making around investment choices. As our Hendon Factory continues to grow, we are looking for a Technical Manager to join our team. Monitor and report on quality KPIs in collaboration with production teams. Lead quality investigations, customer complaint analysis, and corrective action planning. Maintain HACCP programs and ensure all staff receive appropriate training. Manage core quality protocols (e.g., Metal Detection, PQC, Quality Reports). Drive reduction in non-conformances and ensure specification adherence. Coordinate internal and external audits, achieving AA/Green status across all. Promote best practices in food safety, hygiene, and risk management. Support hygiene improvement plans and cross-functional innovation efforts. Our team tells us you will be a great addition if you: BSc in Food Safety or related field (required) 5+ years' experience in Food Manufacturing, ideally in a technical role Level 3 HACCP Certification or higher Lead Auditor qualification (preferred) Strong knowledge of Retailer Codes of Practice Experience with high care environments and bakery/ambient products Proven track record in leading BRCGS and regulatory audits Expertise in root cause analysis, microbiological data interpretation, and non-conformance management Effective at influencing senior stakeholders and driving change Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel What's in it for you?
