Excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Small Contracts Supervisor to join a well-established company based in Forfar and Dundee The Company They are a Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Contractor, catering for their many domestic and commercial client's needs. They are now looking for an experienced Approved Electrician to assist with their Contract Management and small works operations. You will be capable of working independently and efficiently and will assist and report to the company directors. Role and Responsibilities; To be the nominated person for SELECT/NICEIC qualified supervisor Ensure all work is carried out to required standards Sign off Electrical Certificates Carry our required duties for annual inspections from NICEIC Quoting and Supervision of Contracts The Supervisor has responsibility for ensuring all work carried out is completed on time and in line with our clients' expectations and Industry standards. Visit clients when quotes are requested Take off materials from drawings and prepare for quotes and procurement Obtain quotes for materials Purchase materials utilising the company's CRM system Carry out inspections of work Book in small works jobs Price small works utilising the company's CRM systems Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors Attend meetings with work colleagues and or client/customers when necessary Candidate Requirements Approved Electrician Must be qualified to 18th Edition and hold a current CSCS / ECS card Hold relevant qualifications, 18th Edition, City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1 and 2 or NVQ Level 3 Must be able to install, repair, inspect & test electrical installations Must have appropriate Electrical Certificate for the type of work being undertaken Previous experience of working at supervisory level advantageous Full driving licence If you have the relevant skills/attributes to fulfil this role then please apply now for immediate consideration The employer fully supports Equality in Employment.
