We have an exciting opportunity for a Fee Earner with experience in the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) scheme. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of CICA claims and provide expert support throughout the claims process.

Key Requirements:

Prior knowledge and experience of the CICA scheme is essential

2-3 years relevant experience preferred

Ability to manage claims from inception through to settlement

Strong organisational and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Proficient IT skills and familiarity with case management systems
