Lead the development of initial strategic concepts for projects ensuring solutions are appropriate for the brief and regulatory standards. Interact regularly with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a communicative, collaborative and timely approach to delivery. You will be in a client facing role, attending project meetings and disseminating the brief to the project team. Work with the team leader to help monitor fee expenditure, resources and work delivered. Mentor and support our 'next gen' professionals, including apprentices and graduates. About you To be successful in this role, you'll need: Proven experience working as an Electrical Engineer or closely related role, with a track record delivering on Mission Critical and Data Centre projects. Experience with modern technical delivery processes and use of relevant software/tools such as Revit, BIM, Electrical OM, Dialux and Relux. Demonstrable experience working with clients/contractors/architects in a design oriented / consultant role. Self awareness, an open mind, and a spirit of generosity Experience in supporting others to develop knowledge, skills and confidence.
