Job Title: Accounts Senior
Contract: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: £30,000 £45,000 (DOE)
Location: Swansea

About the Role:

We are partnering with a well-established accountancy practice seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone confident in preparing limited company accounts, supporting junior staff, and delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and complete limited company accounts

  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate reporting

  • Mentor and support junior team members

  • Manage client queries via phone, email, and face-to-face

  • Maintain industry knowledge through CPD and training

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an accountancy practice

  • Confident using Xero and other accounting software

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills

  • Team-oriented and proactive
