This is a permanent role with a competitive salary range of £20,000 to £30,000 per annum. Preferred Requirements: - Proficiency in finance-related tasks, including raising invoices for recruitment services and processing timesheets for contractor workers
- Expertise in setting up contractors with compliance documentation and maintaining IR35 compliance
- Excellent skills in using Excel and CRM systems, such as Jobadder, to keep records up-to-date and generate reports for the Head of Recruitment
- Ability to chase and update purchase orders from customers, ensuring efficient communication and timely responses
- Strong administrative and organizational skills to support the overall activities of the recruitment company
Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant experience in an administrative or finance-related role, preferably within the recruitment or professional services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
