Key Responsibilities Owning the strategy, structure and success of the Media and Performance department - implementing operational standards across all accounts. Driving commercial success for accounts, understanding targets and pushing growth within retainers. Previous in depth experience with paid social ads managers within Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, paid search such as Google, YouTube, GDN, PMax, and Programmatic (Display, Podcasts). Relationships with DSPs, SSPs, publishers, media partnerships and data partners. Experience with tracking set ups, UTMs, dashboard maintenance and analytics tools - GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google DV360, Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Adform. Experience with Sprout, Meltwater, Supermetrics, RivalIQ, or a willingness to learn these tools, or bring your existing tool suite knowledge with you.
