The successful candidate will manage a high-quality residential caseload while playing a central role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the ongoing growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion Advising clients on all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity Providing a high level of client care and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting and mentoring junior solicitors and conveyancing staff Contributing to the development and efficiency of the residential property team Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards Essential Skills and Experience
Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland Strong experience in residential conveyancing, ideally at senior level Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and client-facing skills A proactive and commercially minded approach Interest in career progression and taking on increased responsibility What's on Offer
