TSA Surveying are partnering with a Building Consultancy to recruit Surveyors to complete Stock Condition Surveys and RdSAP Assessments across London. There are thousands of properties available, including houses, flats and blocks.

Key Details

• Outside IR35, paid per survey (rates negotiable)
• Locations include Islington, Tower Hamlets, Piccadilly, Harrow, Greenwich and surrounding areas
• ID badges, calling cards, property lists and letters of authority provided
• 6-month contract with scope to extend
• Looking for a team of 15 surveyors
• Majority of properties will be Stock Only&HHSRS (Odd few proeprties wil require an EPC)
• Must be a qualified DEA (Elmhurst) to carry out EPCs
