Straight Forward Recruitment is excited to partner with a highly respected fresh produce company in Easton, Norwich, to recruit Cleaning and Facility support operators for an ongoing, rewarding opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a clean and hygienic environment across all areas of the facility, including production and processing areas.

• Perform daily hygiene tasks, such as mopping floors, cleaning machinery, and tidying work areas to meet stringent food safety standards.

• Empty bins, wash walls, and prepare production lines for processing.

• Follow company hygiene protocols to maintain the highest level of cleanliness, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of the facility.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in food factory cleaning or a similar environment is preferred, but not required.

• A reliable, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Own transport is preferred due to the location and shift times.

Shift times:

18:00-02:00
