The Role As a Trainee Estimator, you will support the Estimating Department with the preparation, coordination and administration of quotations, tenders and commercial documentation. You will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of the estimating process, including digital take-offs, supplier pricing, cost build-ups, tender administration and client liaison. The role is designed to provide structured training and long-term development within a fast-paced commercial construction environment. This position would suit someone who is organised, numerate, eager to learn and able to work accurately under pressure whilst developing strong commercial awareness.
