WithYou is a charity providing free, confidential support to people experiencing challenges with drugs, alcohol or mental health. In this exciting role, you will work with a wide range of mental health practitioners, partner providers and referrers to develop and grow our mental health workforce in Kent and Medway. You will be responsible for supporting the development of Step 2 and Step 3 (where appropriate) Talking Therapy services in line with local needs and contractual specification.
