• Reviewing and preparing reports on title
• Runing a conveyancing sale/purchase file from start to finish
• Ability to run a new build sale or purchase file from start to finish (and understand what documentation would be required for a new build)
• Review Sale Agreements/Option Agreements/Agreements for Lease and prepare reports
• Review property certificates/searches/service enquiries/CPSE Enquiries and report on same
• Prepare straight forward general conditions of sale contracts
• Ability to prepare First Registration/Registration applications at the Land Registry
• Prepare SDLT Returns

• 2-4 Years PQE
• Experience managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
• Knowlege of working with residential or commerical property files
• Client relationship management and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuaracy
• Team work and the ability to collborate cross funcationally with other practice areas such as Employment, Corporate and Construction
• Time management skills
