The ability to use tools to dig and install streetlighting columns Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights, using appropriate safety equipment. As the Deputy Care Manager you will be responsible for ensuring and providing the best possible care by promoting life skills, independence, and education for people with a diverse range of needs which may involve Autism, challenging behaviours, learning/physical disabilities and Mental Health.
