You'll be managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion - including sales, purchases, leaseholds, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
You'll have full autonomy, with access to support and systems that make your life easier - not harder.
Who this is perfect for:
A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer
Someone with recent experience handling residential conveyancing files end-to-end
Confident managing client relationships and working independently
Local to (or willing to relocate to) the Fylde Coast
