Job Responsibilities: Essential Experience: Qualified to a minimum HNC level or equivalent in Manufacturing /Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering Minimum 3 years' experience in programming robots Hands-on experience programming robots ABB / Kuka / Fanuc Good understanding of IO, transfer of information between Robot and PLC, and PLC functionality Good understanding of robot program flow and basic programming theories Knowledge of ISO 10218-1 and ISO 10218-2 robotic safety standards and how they apply Experience in robotic spot welding, mig welding, material handling is required Practical experience and good understanding of electrical circuitry and wiring Sound mechanical ability to work on robot dress packages and peripheral equipment Computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Autocad Proven ability and willingness to train and lead othersDesirable Experience: More than 5 years' experience in programming robots Previous Automotive T1 experience Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python. Familiarity with PLC programming and automation technologies.
