What You'll Be Doing: Managing project costs from inception to completion, ensuring financial efficiency. Preparing detailed estimates, conducting feasibility studies, and overseeing tenders. Administering contracts, managing variations, and handling subcontractor packages. Producing financial reports, forecasts, and budget updates. Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success. Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
