This is a hybrid role, working from the office three times a week following full training.
The Role
We are looking for an exceptional Administrator with an "above and beyond" approach to their role.
Day to day duties will include:
Working in a team of 4 in a busy help-desk environment as the first point of call for both customers and mechanics.
Preparing after service quotations, issuing them to the customers and ultimately issuing order confirmations to customers.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of administration and of providing excellent customer service.
Specific personality traits should include:
Fantastic communication skills, on the 'phone, in person and by email
A meticulous eye for detail, someone who wants to get it right first time
A genuine desire to help customers and colleagues
A brand ambassador, who understands that they represent this business and so need to provide excellent customer service at all times
Previous administration skills are vital
