AI Engineer - Fintech Innovation

Our client is a leading fintech company on a mission to transform consumer finance through some of the latest technologies. They are profitable, fast-growing, and backed by top-tier investors.

We're seeking an AI Engineer to join the Data Science team and build production grade Generative AI systems that streamline operations. You'll work on projects such as:

• Enhancing internal chatbots for customer support
• Automating document parsing with schema extraction pipelines
• Designing LLM driven workflows to simplify case management

This role combines applied AI engineering, business process design, and hands on Python development.

• Build and deploy real GenAI systems
• Work with LLMs, retrieval systems, and automation pipelines
• Own solutions from prototype to production
• Redesign processes using AI for maximum efficiency

• Strong Python engineering experience
• Hands on use of LLMs in real workflows
• Ability to design prompts, retrieval pipelines, and agentic flows
• Problem solving in ambiguous environments
