We're currently seeking a motivated Key Account Representative to join our field team and support our clients across major retail outlets. About the Role:

As our Key Account Representative, you'll visit stores in your area, ensuring our clients' products are well-presented, visible, and selling well. You'll use real-time data to efficiently plan store visits, secure additional display space, and develop good relationships with retail staff to improve brand presence and boost sales.

Key Tasks:

  • Visit targeted stores based on client needs and implement changes to help increase sales.
  • Ensure promotions are correctly set up, support new product launches, and maintain shelf space for key products.
  • Secure additional display locations and off-shelf placements where possible.
  • Take quality photos and create thorough reports about your in-store activities.
  • Use data and digital tools to plan your route and optimise your time.
  • Build relationships with store managers and key retail decision-makers.
  • Monitor competitor activities, retail trends, and in-store developments.
  • Manage promotional materials and prepare for upcoming promotions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone with excellent communication skills who can build relationships with store staff.
  • A person who delivers results and can manage multiple tasks and their time effectively.
  • Someone assured who can work independently and solve problems.
  • Basic technical skills to handle administration and reporting.
  • Full driving licence (essential as the role involves regular travel).

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience in retail, FMCG, field sales or merchandising.
