Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching to students with SEN.
• Collaborate closely with staff to ensure effective support for students.
• Track and monitor progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and confidence.

What We re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
• Proven experience working with students with SEN.
• A flexible, patient, and creative approach to teaching.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and students.
