Location: Walton-on-Thames
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 OTE (c. 20,000 basic, negotiable)
Hours: Monday-Saturday rota (estate agency hours)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist buyers throughout their property search, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.

  • Conduct property viewings and deliver clear, professional feedback.

  • Support sales progression, negotiating offers clearly and effectively.

  • Register applicants, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure compliance.

  • Contribute to marketing activity and general office responsibilities.

  • Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times.

About You

  • Experience in Estate Agency or another sales-driven sector (essential)

  • Strong communication skills with a confident and personable approach

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about property sales

  • A genuine team player with a positive attitude

  • Full UK driving licence preferred
