Job Background:
The Digital Communications Officer will be responsible for planning, creating and delivering innovative, engaging content for digital channels across a range of platforms. The role holder will be responsible for managing the Police Service of Northern Ireland's digital channels including the external website and social media. They will work with internal departments and Districts to develop and support colleagues to create content that is appropriate for different audiences and digital channels across the Service to help deliver a best-in-class online user experience that supports the Service brand.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 37 hours per week.
Salary: £37,694 - £38,990 plus £1365 environmental allowance.

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications and Experience
A degree or equivalent qualification plus 2 years' experience of Digital Marketing or Digital Communications.
OR
2 A' Levels or equivalent qualification plus 3 years' experience of Digital Marketing or Digital Communications.
