Overview
Our client, a respected solicitors' practice specialising in litigation, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join their busy East Belfast office. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in RTA, credit hire and personal injury claims, who can manage their own caseload with appropriate supervision.
You'll be joining a supportive team, working with experienced litigators, and contributing to high-quality client service delivery. The firm offers excellent facilities, including on-site parking.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of RTA, credit hire and personal injury claims from instruction to resolution. Draft correspondence, court documents, witness statements and instructions to counsel. Liaise with clients, insurers, witnesses, medical experts and other stakeholders. Prepare cases for negotiations, hearings and settlements. Undertake legal research and ensure all files are maintained in line with regulatory and internal standards. Work independently day-to-day while receiving structured supervision and support from senior solicitors. Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, ideally within RTA and credit hire. Ability to handle a busy caseload with minimal hand-holding. Strong litigation knowledge, file management skills and attention to detail. Excellent client care and communication skills. Highly organised, proactive and able to work to deadlines. Immediate or short-notice availability is highly desirable. What's on Offer
