Finance Director
Manchester
Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 per annum plus package
Managing the finances for a growing construction contractor who turnover circa £5 million per annum
Key Benefits

Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets and forecasting
- Manage cashflow
- Monitor site performance v budget and discuss variances with the commercial team
- Produce management accounts and prepare financial reports
- Produce accurate year end accounts
- Review and improve finance processes and procedures
- Monthly payroll
- Analise costs and margins
- Manage tax, VAT and Cis returns
About the Company
- Established and growing construction sub-contractor who work on commercial projects
- Excellent order book with planned growth
- Turnover circa £5 million with a healthy order book and plans to increase to £10 million in 5 years.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager or Finance Director
- 5-10 years' experience in a similar role
- Degree educated in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
