The Role - Private Client Solicitor Our client is seeking an experienced and personable Private Client Solicitor to join their established Wills and Probate team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters and play an active role in maintaining and growing strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Advising clients on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, and estate administration. Drafting wills, trust deeds, and related legal documents. Administering estates, including obtaining Grants of Probate and dealing with HMRC for inheritance tax matters. Advising on estate planning and inheritance tax mitigation. Handling Court of Protection work and managing lasting powers of attorney. Meeting clients in person and providing a compassionate, efficient, and professional service. Maintaining accurate and compliant case files in line with firm procedures and SRA requirements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, local professionals, and colleagues. Supporting and mentoring junior team members when appropriate. About You Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in private client work.
