The RoleThe Court of Protection Partner will deal with a varied caseload of professional deputyship cases, complex COP applications and the creation and administration of personal injury trusts. You will support a growing team and also take responsibility for a growing client base.
About YouYou will be a Court of Protection Partner or a Senior Solicitor interested in a partner role. The client is open minded on level so would also consider a Senior Associate level specialist Court of Protection / Trust Solicitor who has an interest in helping run a team in the future.
